That rate is higher than a single-night booking per night and far lower than the serviced apartment you would book on a monthly corporate rate in Gurgaon.

How much cheaper is a monthly stay than booking night by night?

Any stay of 7 nights or more picks up a long-stay rate automatically at checkout, so the discount is already applied before you commit. The gap widens on 28-day stays. Because the rate depends on the specific home and season, send us your dates and we will quote the total for the full period rather than you working it out per night.

Are electricity and water included in a long-stay rate?

It depends on the home, and that is exactly why we do not publish a one-line promise. Most long-stay rates cover the stay and periodic housekeeping, with metered electricity and water billed separately or collected as a deposit. Support will state the exact utility arrangement for a specific home before you pay, so there is no surprise on checkout day.

How often is housekeeping included?

Long-stay homes usually get cleaning once or twice a week rather than daily, which is the main saving against a hotel over a month. The exact cadence is set per property and written into your booking. If you need it more often during a medical or relocation stay, say so upfront and we will price that version for you.

Can I extend a long stay, or end it early?

Most of our homes carry no lock-in, so extensions are a matter of availability. Tell support before your current end date and we will try to keep you in the same unit, since moving twice in a month costs you more in effort than the rate difference. Early release is handled case by case, so raise it early rather than late.
