When someone you love is in hospital in Delhi, the stay you need is not a holiday. You need a place to sleep, a kitchen so you can eat properly, and a street where the hospital is a short ride away. Most of our South Delhi homes are private apartments with a kitchen, and they sit in four clusters near the hospitals families ask us about most: AIIMS and Safdarjung, Moolchand in Lajpat Nagar, Max in Saket, and Fortis and ILBS in Vasant Kunj.

Each hospital has its own page with the measured road distance and drive time from every area where we have homes, the nearest metro station, and what is actually around the gate. We measured them so you can choose, not to impress you: our nearest homes are between one and four kilometres from these hospitals, a short drive and not a walk. Where a hospital has its own rest house or dharamshala for attendants, it is worth asking about, and we say so on the page.

Prices include our 14% service fee and the full total shows before you pay. Stays of 7 nights or more are 10% cheaper and 14 nights or more are 15% cheaper, so a stay that runs longer than planned does not cost more per night.

Which hospitals are your homes closest to?

Our homes are closest to Max Super Speciality in Saket (1 to 2 km from Saket and Malviya Nagar homes), Moolchand Medcity in Lajpat Nagar (about 2 km from Lajpat Nagar, Amar Colony and Kailash Colony homes), Fortis in Vasant Kunj (1 to 2 km from Vasant Kunj homes), and then AIIMS and Safdarjung (3 to 5 km from Hauz Khas and nearby homes). Each has a page with the full table.

How do I choose the right area?

Start with the hospital, then look at the drive time on its page. If the hospital is in a busy market area, such as Lajpat Nagar or Saket, there are shops and food within a short walk. Around Vasant Kunj you will rely on a cab for groceries, so a home with a kitchen and one grocery run on arrival helps. Message our team with the hospital name and your dates and they will suggest homes.

Can we stay for several weeks?

Yes. Stays of 7 to 13 nights get 10% off the nightly rate and stays of 14 nights or more get 15% off, on every home today, applied at checkout. For very long stays, message our team and ask about utility terms on the home you like.

Do you have homes near hospitals in Gurgaon?

Only a few. At most three of our homes are within a 5 km drive of Medanta, Artemis or Fortis Memorial in Gurgaon, so we have not made pages for them. If your hospital is in Gurgaon, message our team and we will tell you honestly whether we have a sensible home for you.
